Cancellation & Refund Policy
At InnovaSmiles Edu, we strive to deliver high-quality dental education through our courses and events. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be as transparent and fair as possible with our cancellation and refund policies.
1. Cancellation by Participant
For Courses (Online & In-Person)
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a minimal processing fee
- Cancellations made 7–13 days prior to the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.
- No-shows on the day of the course will not be eligible for any refund.
For Events (Workshops, Conferences, Masterclasses)
- All event registrations are strictly non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a replacement by informing us at least 5 days before the event, subject to approval.
2. Cancellation by InnovaSmiles Edu
- In the unlikely event that a course or event is postponed or cancelled by us, participants will be given the choice of:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer of the registration to the next available date/event.
3. Transfer of Registration
- Participants may transfer their seat to another individual by notifying us at least 5 days prior to the course/event. The new participant must meet the eligibility criteria for the course/event.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your registration, please email us at info@innovasmilesedu.com with your:
- Full Name
- Course/Event Name
- Date of Registration
- Reason for cancellation
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
Note
- Processing and bank charges are non-refundable.
- InnovaSmiles Edu reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Please check our website regularly for updates.
